I keep having dreams about large empty open spaces. Like a shopping mall, or an abandoned castle, a train station, or something similar. In the dream im initially with other people, like my family, and then i decide to break off and go looking around on my own, but then i get severely lost and the space just goes on forever, there's an elevator that never stops, and sometimes it takes me to a place that looks like heaven, but i can look down on where i just came from and see my family down below, but i call out to them and they can't hear me. I can see them but they're so far away they have no idea where I am. I can jump from where i am but i always wake up before i find my family again
This dream about large empty open spaces suggests a desire for exploration and independence. The presence of your family at the beginning of the dream signifies a sense of familiarity and comfort in their company. However, as you choose to separate from them and venture alone, the dream symbolizes your longing for personal freedom and the need to discover your own path in life.
Getting severely lost in these spaces indicates feelings of confusion and uncertainty about your direction or purpose. The open and endless nature of these spaces may reflect your own vast potential and the multitude of opportunities available to you. The elevator that never stops could represent an inner struggle to find stability and make progress in your journey.
The glimpses of a place that looks like heaven, where you can see your family but they cannot hear you, suggests a feeling of longing or disconnection between you and your loved ones. This could symbolize a desire for understanding and validation from them, or a fear of being misunderstood or unnoticed in your personal growth.
The inability to find your family again and the feeling of waking up before locating them may represent a fear of losing connection with your loved ones or missing out on important relationships in your pursuit of independence. Overall, this dream signifies a longing for personal freedom, self-discovery, and the desire to maintain meaningful connections with your family.
